Stuffed Eggs
Description
It's suitable both for a holiday and for everyday. For the upcoming Year of the Tiger, I suggest dressing stuffed eggs in a "tiger coat." It will be very tasty, beautiful, and festive! The appetizer keeps well in the refrigerator—just cover the container with a lid so the carrot doesn't dry out. My family loves fish, so I fill them with tuna in its own juice, but there's another equally delicious option—cod liver or krill meat. Check out the recipe, and happy upcoming Year of the Tiger! Can be served warm or chilled.
