
Stuffed Eggs for Easter
Description
The filling uses the simplest ingredients: a boiled egg yolk, canned tuna, and mayonnaise, so the dish is quite budget-friendly. By the way, these amusing little chicks with jauntily tipped hats can be made for any children's party. Serve the appetizer at the table.

1. Wash the eggs, place them in a pot with cold water, and boil for 7 minutes after the water comes to a boil.

2. Place the boiled eggs in cold water, then peel off the shells. Cut the eggs into 2 unequal parts and separate the yolks.

3. Mash the egg yolks and mix with canned tuna (drain the liquid from the jar first), mayonnaise, ground black pepper, and a pinch of salt.

4. Cut a small piece from the bottom, larger part of the egg white for stability.
