Description

Appetizer "Stuffed Mice" is a great idea for both a New Year's table and a children's table (garlic can be omitted). It couldn't be easier to make, and it looks very impressive. Watch the step-by-step recipe and cook with interest and pleasure. Children will gladly keep you company while preparing this dish. It can be served warm or chilled.

Add the garlic clove, pressed or minced.

Mix the egg filling mixture well.

Fill the egg halves with the cheese mixture and cover the cut side with a radish slice.

  8. 8

    Step 8

    Step 8

The magic moment – turn the eggs into little mice: make the eyes from small pieces of olive, the nose from pumpkin (or carrot). Cut slits where the ears should go and insert very thinly sliced radish slices into them; make the tails from radish peel, cutting it into a thin strip—use a toothpick to help.

  9. 9

    Step 9

    Step 9

Line the serving plate with lettuce leaves. Place each mouse on a separate leaf—this will make it easier to transfer it to the plate. Place a small slice of cheese in front of each mouse. Our festive dish is ready; children and adults alike will be delighted! Happy upcoming New Year, friends! By the way, this dish is also suitable for a children's table.
