
Stuffed Eggs
Description

I'd like to offer an original and delicious appetizer for the holiday table that takes just a few minutes to prepare and always turns out beautifully. This presentation of stuffed eggs will catch the eye of both children and adults. Save the recipe for your collection. It can be served warm or chilled.

Prepare all the ingredients. Hard-boil the eggs (they will need 10 minutes from the moment the water comes to a boil).

When the eggs have cooled, peel them and cut them in half.

Remove the yolks and mash them into crumbs with a fork.

Add cheese grated on a fine grater and crushed garlic cloves to the chopped egg yolks. Season the filling with salt and pepper to taste.

Dress with mayonnaise and mix well.

Fill the egg halves with the resulting mixture.

Using a vegetable peeler, peel a thin layer of skin from the cucumber and cut it into thin strips. Arrange the cucumber strips around the perimeter of the stuffed cheese-yolk mixture.
