Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Prepare all the necessary ingredients—and start cooking.
- 2
Step 2

Wash the mushrooms and clean off the outer skin. Carefully remove the mushroom stems, leaving the caps intact. Inside each cap, remove the brown gills.
- 3
Step 3

Cut the mushroom stems into cubes, peel the onion and chop it finely as well.
- 4
Step 4

Sauté the mushrooms with the onion until cooked through in vegetable oil with a pinch of salt.
- 5
Step 5

Season the inside of the prepared mushroom caps with salt and let stand for 5–7 minutes.
- 6
Step 6

In a deep bowl, mix the ground chicken with sautéed mushrooms, onion, salt, mayonnaise, and half of the grated cheese.
- 7
Step 7

Mix until smooth and homogeneous.
- 8
Step 8

Fill the mushroom caps with the filling. Pack the filling tightly so it is evenly distributed inside the mushroom. Place the mushrooms in a hot oven and bake at 200°C for 15–20 minutes.
