Stuffed Mushrooms Baked in the Oven
Description
Perfect with the meal and with drinks. For the filling, I use mushroom stems. You can add meat (chicken, turkey), vegetables, and herbs. You can marinate the mushrooms beforehand in aromatic herbs, garlic, and dry spices. There is no need to bake them first—stuff them and put them straight in the oven. Experiment! And I am sharing my favorite version of stuffed mushrooms. The appetizer is ready. Serve immediately.
