
Festive Stuffed Champignon Mushrooms

A tasty appetizer for any gathering. Stuffed mushrooms are a very delicious appetizer for a holiday table on any occasion. In this recipe, the mushroom caps are filled with two types of filling. First, the mushrooms are stuffed with a filling of onion stewed in wine, garlic, and finely chopped mushroom stems. The second batch of caps is filled with a filling of cheese and fried ground pork. Can be served warm or chilled.
