
Stuffed tomatoes with turkey

1. Select firm tomatoes of the same size, wash them, shake off excess water, and carefully remove the seeds and pulp from the center.

2. Prepare the filling using minced meat, grated carrots, mashed garlic, chopped herbs, sauce, salt, and spices.

3. Fill the prepared tomatoes, place them on a baking sheet, and bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 180-190 degrees.

4. While the tomatoes are cooking, boil the pasta (preferably long types such as "spaghetti") according to the package instructions.

5. Finely chop the onion, sauté it in olive oil, add salt and pepper to taste, then pour in the tomato mass obtained after preparing the tomatoes. Simmer the sauce for 10–12 minutes until it thickens.

6. Serve the finished tomatoes on a mound of pasta, drizzle with sauce, and sprinkle with grated cheese. This is very delicious!
