Stuffed Tomatoes
Description
There are no special recommendations as such! Just watch and repeat. For Santa Claus’s eyes, you can use coriander instead of peppercorns. But be sure to warn your guests to remove the eye decoration before eating. Serve the appetizer at the table.

Prepare all the necessary ingredients.

Grate the garlic and hard cheese on a fine grater, and dress with mayonnaise.

Cut a small top off each tomato to use as a cap. Carefully scoop out the flesh with a teaspoon. It can be used for sautéing or sauce. Fill the tomato with the cheese mixture, mounding it slightly on top to form a “head.”

All that's left is to add the decoration. Pepper—the eyes, a pomegranate seed—the red nose, and chechil pulled apart into strands—the beard!

I decided to seat the little frosties on sleds made from napa cabbage leaves and send them to the table! :)
