A delicious appetizer for any gathering. Recipe,
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Prepare all necessary ingredients. Choose small, firm tomatoes so they don't turn mushy during baking.
- 2
Step 2

Rinse the chicken breast and pat dry, then cut it into small pieces with a sharp knife. Sauté the chopped chicken breast in a skillet, seasoned with salt and pepper, until lightly golden.
- 3
Step 3

Cut the tops off the tomatoes and carefully scoop out the cores with a teaspoon. Don't discard the tomato flesh—it makes a wonderful sauce for meat—just add your favorite spices, garlic, and salt—and simmer everything in a saucepan or multicooker!

Step 4

Stuff the cherry tomatoes with sautéed chicken breast.
- 5
Step 5

Place ½ tablespoon of mayonnaise on top of each (you can use less, depending on the tomato size) and generously sprinkle with finely grated cheese.
- 6
Step 6

Bake the tomatoes in the oven for 15-20 minutes at 180-200 degrees.

Step 7

The most delicious baked stuffed tomato appetizers are ready! Serve hot! If the tomatoes cooled down before the guests arrived, reheat them in the microwave or in the oven.
