Description

The recipe won't take much time. You can come up with many interesting and tasty fillings (for example: vegetable, meat, cheese), or mix different ones and bake. Besides peppers, you can also stuff zucchini, eggplants, tomatoes, and any vegetables that allow you to remove the core. These stuffed peppers can be served as a main dish or as an appetizer. They can be baked on a baking sheet or in a baking bag. Serve hot.

    1. Take ready-made minced meat (or prepare it yourself). Peel and wash the onion and garlic, then chop them finely using a meat grinder or blender. Rinse the rice under running water until the water runs clear. Add the onion, garlic, and rice to the minced meat, season with salt and pepper, and mix well.

    4. Wash the peppers, cut them in half, and remove the stems and seeds. Fill each half with the stuffing, then add a layer of carrots on top, followed by cheese and mayonnaise. Grease a baking sheet or baking dish with sunflower oil, place the stuffed peppers onto it, and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 50 minutes. Serve the cooked peppers with fresh herbs.
