Description
As it turns out, pasta can be used for more than just boiling—you can create such an interesting dish from it. For me, this recipe for stuffed pasta was a real discovery, as I realized that with ordinary pasta you can create a true culinary masterpiece. There are no limitations here, as you can use any ingredients you like for the filling. For example, I decided to prepare something in Italian style, so I added tomatoes and cheese to the meat filling—it turned out absolutely wonderful. First, boil the pasta shells in slightly salted water until fully cooked, drain in a colander, then place them in ice water.

Fry the minced meat in a pan; if it's dry, add a little vegetable oil.

Now add the tomatoes, mix everything, and continue simmering.

Thaw the spinach and add it to the other ingredients.
