Description
The recipe won't take much time. You can prepare homemade baked cannelloni stuffed with cheese using absolutely any filling—meat, fish, vegetable, or cheese. This version can be safely called lazy, as it requires no special preparation and takes no more than 50 minutes. Serve hot.

1. First, peel the garlic and finely chop it. Sauté the garlic for a couple of minutes in a small amount of olive oil. Add the tomato sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and add a little sugar. Simmer for about 5 minutes over medium heat.

2. This amount of time is sufficient to combine all the ingredients needed for the filling. Place ricotta, spinach, eggs, and half of the grated cheese into a deep bowl. Season with salt and pepper, add a pinch of nutmeg, and mix thoroughly until smooth. If desired, the homemade cheese-baked stuffed cannelloni can also be supplemented with ground meat.
