When vegetables are in season, you want to cook as diversely as possible. Stuffed zucchinis in a multicooker are quite a simple and quick option that doesn't require many ingredients or much effort. Only about 15 minutes of preparation, and then it's just a matter of technique.

    1. First, prepare the zucchini. Wash it, dry it, and cut into 10–12 pieces, depending on size. Carefully remove the center, taking care not to damage the walls. If desired, you can shape them higher. Lightly salt each piece (you may optionally rub slightly with garlic).

It's best to make the minced meat at home by grinding meat (preferably beef) together with onion through a meat grinder.
