Description

The recipe won't take much time. Once at a restaurant, I ordered a salad with pears. I thought they would simply be cut into small pieces and mixed with other vegetables. But no! Next to the greens lay an appetizing stuffed pear! I really liked the idea of such a salad addition, and I often use it, especially during holidays! You can also eat these pears separately as a dessert! Stuffed pears are a versatile dish. Serve chilled.

Bake the pears in a preheated (but not too hot) oven for 30 minutes. Periodically take out the dish and baste the pears with the sauce that has collected at the bottom.

Now let's prepare the sauce for the pears. Whisk the olive oil slightly, add the remaining lemon juice, season with salt, and mix well. The sauce is ready! Serve the pears with arugula leaves or another salad, drizzling the dish with the lemon-olive sauce!
