Stuffed potato pancakes
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. I recommend using chicken mince for the filling, as it will cook faster inside the potato patty. There are two ways to shape the draniki: by hand, as in this case, or directly in the pan by layering potato, mince, and potato again. Try both methods and choose the one that's more convenient for you. Serve the finished dish immediately.
