
Greek-style stuffed zucchinis
Description
The recipe won't take much time. The dish is not only delicious but also low-calorie. Braising in yogurt is a wonderful idea—zucchini turns out incredibly tender and tasty. This excellent dish is suitable for both adults and children. Moreover, the process is quite simple and straightforward, so I see no reason not to try this recipe at home :) Serve hot.

1. Wash and dry the cauliflower. Finely chop and squeeze out excess moisture. Sauté the onion and garlic in a pan until golden brown, add the meat and cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

2. Place the cabbage and finely chopped tomato into the pan, simmer for a couple more minutes. Remove from heat and let cool. Carefully remove the core from the zucchini and fill them with the filling. Dilute the starch in a small amount of water. Add yogurt, salt, herbs, and spices. Mix everything thoroughly.

3. Place the zucchini in a frying pan or saucepan, add the sauce, and set over heat. Simmer for about 20–30 minutes until cooked. Before serving, pour the sauce in which they were simmered over the Greek-style stuffed zucchini.
