Homemade baked treat for tea. The main ingredients of this dish are bagels and veal mince. This dish is very easy to prepare. Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.

    1. To soften the bagels, slightly warm the milk. It's better to use homemade milk. Soak the bagels in the milk for a while. Place the softened bagels on a baking sheet, previously lined with parchment paper greased with butter.
