Stuffed pancakes with meat
Description
Fry the minced meat with onion and spices – this will be our filling. Prepare the pancake batter using flour, egg, and water or milk. The batter should have the consistency of thin sour cream. Grease a hot frying pan with oil and cook the pancakes. I usually pour the batter with a ladle, spreading it across the pan by quickly tilting it, then fry the pancake for about a minute on one side and flip it over. Fill the pancakes with the meat, fold them into a triangle shape, and serve. If desired, you can fry the folded pancakes a little longer to make them hot and golden brown. Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.

Step 4

The batter is ready for frying pancakes. I'll separately mention the salt in the batter. Some people prefer meat pancakes with sweet batter, while others prefer them with salty batter. You can adjust the amount of salt and sugar indicated in the recipe according to your taste. Fry the pancakes on a skillet as you usually do.

Step 5

Chop the onion and fry it until golden brown.
- 6
Step 6

Add homemade ground beef. I don't like store-bought ground meat because they often put who knows what in it. It's better to prepare the ground meat at home yourself. It will be juicy and delicious.

Step 7

Pour in 0.5 cup of water, add spices and salt. Simmer for 7 minutes uncovered. The meat will cook very quickly and will be juicy. Add more water if necessary during cooking.
