Stuffed cod in bacon

Description

Preheat the grill to high temperature. While the grill is heating, soak wooden skewers in water. Finely chop the leek. Lightly brush one side of each fish fillet with sesame oil and chili sauce. Place chopped leek and several mushrooms on one end of each fish fillet. Roll up each fillet and wrap with a piece of bacon, securing with two skewers. Place the rolls on the preheated grill and cook for 5 minutes. Turn over and cook for another 5 minutes, until cooked through. Let the rolls cool slightly before serving.
