Stuffed fish
Description
Do you like stuffed fish? Then I recommend preparing carp using this recipe. It will be even more delicious if you manage to make the stuffing using three types of fish. In this case, the bighead carp fillet serves as an addition to the stuffing. You can bake this fish, but I decided to prepare it in a canned style. The result exceeded all my expectations.
Instructions

Step 1

1. I couldn't walk past two gorgeous carp, so I decided to cook an unusual dish that could even become the centerpiece of a festive table.
- 2
Step 2

2. The fish was cleaned for me right away, so I only had to wash it and cut it into pieces. Each piece should be no thicker than one centimeter.

Step 3

3. Carefully, using a sharp knife, cut out the meat from each piece on the back side and place it into a separate container. Add the grass carp fillet or any other fish (that's what I had). Add onion and, if desired, bread crumbs, although this is not necessary (a similar mince can also be used for making meatballs).

Step 4

4. Pass everything through a fine meat grinder several times. Add salt and spices to taste. Knead the mixture until you get a uniform consistency.

Step 5

5. Now, fill the space we cut out with the prepared stuffing. Place the sliced celery at the bottom of the cooking container, arrange all the stuffed pieces on top, pour in water, and add bay leaf.

Step 6

6. The water should completely cover the fish. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer gently for 4 hours.
- 7
Step 7

7. When the fish is ready, let it stand for a few minutes with the lid closed.
- 8
Step 8

8. Place our fish on a serving dish and serve it at the table.
