Stuffed chicken skin
Description
The recipe won't take much time. There are many similar recipes. Usually, the skin is used to make homemade sausage or a homemade roll. You can stuff the skin with minced meat: chicken, pork, or beef. You can also use vegetables or grains. You may keep the chicken shape to make a "fake chicken," or shape it into a roll or pie. Serve hot.
