
Stuffed chicken in a baking bag
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Although every homemaker prepares different dishes for holidays, you can almost always find an aromatic chicken on the table among various treats. I'm no exception and make this stuffed chicken in a roasting bag at home for nearly every celebration. Start by finely chopping the onion, and cut the white bread into cubes or simply tear it into small pieces with your hands. Combine the bread and onion in a deep bowl.

In another bowl, beat the eggs, pour in about 1/4 cup of water, and whisk thoroughly. Pour the resulting mixture into the bowl with the bread and onions.

Add half of the clarified butter.

Rinse the chicken carcass and pat it dry thoroughly with paper towels, then stuff it with the filling, but do not pack the filling too tightly.

Now the chicken should be coated on all sides with the remaining melted butter.

Place the chicken in a roasting bag and secure the edges with special clips. Make a couple of small holes in the top of the bag with scissors to allow steam to escape.

Bake the chicken at 170-180 degrees for 2-2.5 hours.
