Description
It seems difficult to find a more beautiful, vibrant, and delicious dish for any festive table than this little chicken. With it, you can be absolutely sure your guests will enjoy your treat.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

First, rub the chicken inside and outside with spices and salt, then set it aside for a while to marinate slightly. Meanwhile, finely chop the red onion, cut the celery into pieces, slice the garlic, and dice the bread (or buns).
- 2
Step 2

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the sliced bread on it. Put it in a preheated oven at 180-200°C for 5-6 minutes. Once the bread turns golden and dries out, remove it from the oven and let it cool.

Step 3

Next, heat olive oil in a skillet and sauté onion, garlic, and celery until soft.
- 4
Step 4

Place the sautéed vegetables in a bowl, add the breadcrumbs, beaten egg, about 2 tablespoons of water, spices and salt to taste, then mix everything together.
- 5
Step 5

Fill the chicken loosely with the prepared stuffing and tie its legs with string. Place the chicken on a baking sheet and put it in a preheated oven at 220 degrees for 40–50 minutes.
- 6
Step 6

You can prepare a side dish together with the chicken. Take any vegetables (peppers, potatoes, broccoli, carrots, etc.), cut them into large pieces, and mix with olive oil (1-2 tablespoons), pepper, and salt. After the chicken has been in the oven for 40-50 minutes, take it out and place the vegetables on the baking sheet alongside the chicken. Return the baking sheet to the oven and continue cooking everything at the same temperature for another 30-40 minutes, turning the vegetables a few times during this time. Once clear juice runs from the chicken and the vegetables become tender, turn off the heat and serve the dish. Enjoy your meal!
