
Stuffed kohlrabi
Description
Kohlrabi can be not only added to snacks and salads, but also baked, stuffed with chicken and vegetables. This is a very tasty hot appetizer or a standalone dish that can be served with any side dish.

Prepare all the ingredients. Peel the onion and carrot, wash them together with kohlrabi under running water, and dry.

Cut off the top of the cabbage and scoop out the core with a teaspoon that has a sharp tip. The core is very juicy, similar to the stem of white cabbage; it can be used to make a salad or added to a vegetable salad.

Add the chicken mince and fry it together with the vegetables for about 5-7 minutes.

When the minced meat has completely turned white, season with salt and pepper to taste, and let it cool slightly. Add some hard cheese and mix well.
