Stuffed mullet
Description
The variety of fish dishes is vast, leaving no limits to perfection and creative imagination. I would like to share one of my favorite recipes—stuffed mullet with mushrooms. The special feature of this dish lies in the marinade used for the fish. As a result, the fish turns out appetizing, juicy, and fragrant with an incredible aroma—simply finger-licking good!
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

First, wash the mushrooms, slice them, and fry in a pan coated with vegetable oil until cooked.
- 2
Step 2

While the mushrooms are frying, clean the fish, gut it, and rinse. Dry with a paper towel and rub with salt.

Step 3

In a separate small bowl, prepare a sauce from honey, mustard, and ground ginger. Add a little of the sauce to the mushrooms, and use the rest to coat the fish on all sides.

Step 4

Sew up the belly, leaving an opening for stuffing. After filling the fish, sew it up completely.

Step 5

Place the bird in a roasting bag, then put it in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 45–60 minutes.
