Meatballs in creamy sauce
Description
Creamy sauce is often added to various meat dishes. It also pairs perfectly with minced meat. For preparing minced meat in creamy sauce, I use a mixed pork and beef mince. I use medium-fat cream. I'd like to note that rice is not mandatory. However, my meatballs kept falling apart, so I decided to add rice. Otherwise, you can either bake the dish with the sauce or stew it.
