Meatloaf with sour cream

Description

The recipe won't take much time. The minced meat is prepared quickly and tastes even better with sour cream. Add some herbs—they will give it a pleasant aroma. For making minced meat with sour cream, you can use not only beef, but pork as well, or a mixture of both. Serve with potatoes, pasta, or stewed vegetables. See the recipe below. Serve hot.

   Prepare the ingredients.

   Finely chop the onion and garlic.

   Sauté the onion and garlic in oil in a frying pan.

   Add the minced meat, salt and pepper. You can add a little water. Wait until it is stewed.

   After 20 minutes, add the sour cream. Mix and simmer for another 5 minutes over low heat. Serve the ready minced meat with sour cream while still hot.
