Description

This recipe won't take much time. Simple minced meat with tomato paste: 1. You can use any minced meat for this dish—pork or beef, fatty or lean. Fry the minced meat in a skillet over medium heat for about 15 minutes to ensure even cooking. Then briefly increase the heat to high to form a crispy crust. 2. Slice two large onions into half-rings, separating the layers. Grate one carrot on a medium grater. Combine the onions, carrot, and minced meat. Continue frying for 5 minutes with the lid closed. 3. Now it's time to add tomato paste. However, there are a few nuances to consider: a. If the paste is thick and spicy, add 2 tablespoons and pour in 1 cup of water; b. If the paste is mild in flavor and semi-liquid, use 3 tablespoons, add spices (ground black pepper, red pepper, salt, garlic, etc.), and pour in half a cup of water. At this stage, thoroughly mix the contents of the skillet, increase the heat, and let it simmer for 20–25 minutes. 4. Depending on the desired consistency, evaporate excess liquid and serve hot either as a standalone dish or as a side to potatoes, pasta, or buckwheat porridge. Minced meat with tomato paste will warm you on a cold evening, boost your energy, and pleasantly surprise you with its taste. I hope you enjoyed this minced meat with tomato paste recipe ;) Serve hot.
