Ground meat with pasta in a pan
Description
Pasta with meat is the key to a successful lunch or dinner. For preparing meat sauce with pasta in a skillet, I usually use half pork and half beef mince. I also like to add garlic and tomato paste to the meat—though this is a matter of personal preference and can be omitted. The same goes for hard cheese—it's more of an individual touch. Still, I think it makes the dish richer and more flavorful.
