Meat sauce in a frying pan
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. It's always useful to have a pack of minced meat in the refrigerator, because minced meat is something from which you can literally prepare a complete lunch or dinner in 20-30 minutes without much effort. In this case, I'm showing how. The ready dish can be served at the table.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Heat a little olive oil in a frying pan, add the minced meat to it.
- 2
Step 2

Break up the ground meat with a fork so that it spreads evenly across the entire pan. Cook the meat over medium heat for 20–25 minutes. It should not fry, but rather simmer in its own juices.
- 3
Step 3

Meanwhile, peel and slice the carrots into thin half-rings.
- 4
Step 4

Next, chop the celery.
- 5
Step 5

Slice the onion into thin half-rings.
- 6
Step 6

When the liquid in the pan has evaporated and the meat is browned, season the meat with salt and pepper, and add suitable spices—I used a bit of fresh thyme and rosemary.
- 7
Step 7

Squeeze a couple of garlic cloves into the minced meat.
- 8
Step 8

Add vegetables and soy sauce to the meat mixture. Mix well and cook over medium heat until the vegetables are tender (if the meat starts to burn, add a little water or broth).
- 9
Step 9

Serve hot.
