Fake cutlets
Description
You can stuff these cutlets with any filling, including fish. We prepare them with pork mince seasoned with spices. Many home cooks serve this dish even at festive tables, as it is quite unusual and very tasty. You can use waffle cookies of any shape.

1. You can use any minced meat for this dish. Chicken will be more tender, but pork is tastier. Add an egg to the minced meat, and season with salt and spices to taste.

2. Knead the meat mixture until it reaches a uniform consistency.

3. Place the filling on the first waffle, then top with another waffle. Repeat with the remaining waffles.
