Falafel in lavash
Description
A delicious appetizer for any gathering. Classic falafel is shaped like a ball, but I recommend making flat patties — they're easier to wrap in lavash. If you like, you can add cilantro and cumin to the mixture. Don't add flour to the mixture — it will only ruin the flavor! And for more details, serve the appetizer to the table.
