Mexican-style beef fajitas
Description
Let's prepare Mexican-style beef fajitas at home. First, marinate the beef in lemon juice with garlic, pepper, and salt. Also, marinate onion and bell pepper—vegetables should be marinated in wine vinegar and soy sauce. The dish is somewhat similar to shawarma, but turns out much more piquant and spicy—after all, it's Mexico =) Good luck!
