Jewish appetizer
Description
There are several ways to serve this dish: in a shared form, from which the appetizer is eaten with crackers or Jewish-style bread, and also a more modern option—serving it in tartlet shells. It is not easy to vary the flavor of the finished dish much; at most, you can choose processed cheese spreads with different add-ins (for example, with mushrooms, with ham, with herbs, etc.). Serve with herbs and sauce.

6. I was making an appetizer for relatives’ visit; time was short, so I simply transferred the whole mixture into a bowl and served it at the table.
