Pork escalope
Description
The recipe won't take much time. The best cut of pork is chosen for this dish. Meat pieces are sliced 1-1.5 cm thick, then pounded and pan-fried. You can also prepare escalope using this recipe by grilling it. This dish goes well with boiled potatoes. Green pea or broccoli salads also pair nicely. Serve hot.
