1. First, chop the garlic and onion. Cut the lemon in half and grate the zest. Slice the mushrooms into quarters.

3. Then fry the chicken breast in heated oil in a pan for 5 minutes on each side.

4. Meanwhile, prepare the sauce. Sauté mushrooms in heated oil for a minute. Add garlic and onion. Cook for another 30 seconds. Then pour in the wine and juice of half a lemon. Simmer for 2 minutes. Finally, add sour cream and pasta cooking water. Bring the sauce to a boil, then cook for 5 minutes, stirring.
