1. Rinse the ready cutlets thoroughly and pat dry with a paper towel. Beat an egg into a bowl, add salt and spices to taste. Pour breadcrumbs onto a plate.

2. Place the frying pan on the stove and add a piece of butter. Dip the washed escalopes into the egg on both sides, then coat them in breadcrumbs.

3. Place the floured escalopes on a hot skillet. Sear on both sides until a golden-brown crust forms. Transfer the cooked escalopes onto a paper towel to absorb excess fat, then serve with fresh vegetables and herbs.
