Chicken and Cheese Enchiladas
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Chicken and cheese enchiladas should be left in the pan for 15-20 minutes after baking before serving. Enchiladas can be served with sour cream. There's no need to make a spicy sauce, as the dish is already spicy on its own. If you don't have bottled sauce, you can prepare it using this recipe: canned chili peppers - 110 ml, tomato paste - 820 ml, ground cumin - 1 tbsp, ground black pepper - 0.2 tsp, garlic powder - 1 tsp, onion powder - 0.5 tsp, chili powder - 2 tbsp, salt - 0.5 tsp. Blend all ingredients in a blender. Good luck, and enjoy your meal!
