
Enchiladas with chili
Description
A tasty appetizer for any gathering. Enchiladas most often use a meat filling, but they can also be filled with eggs, seafood, or vegetables. First, the enchilada is fried in a pan, then baked in the oven under cheese sauce. Traditionally, enchiladas are served with salsa, sour cream, cheese, cilantro, romaine lettuce, olives, or sliced onion. They can be served warm or chilled.

1. Dice the onion. In a small skillet, sauté the onion in butter over medium-low heat until golden brown.

2. In a small saucepan, mix Enchilada sauce with chili and heat.

3. Place the flatbreads on a work surface and sprinkle grated cheese in the center. Place in the oven or microwave until the cheese melts.

4. Place 3 cheese flatbreads on each serving plate so they overlap. Top with a large amount of fried onions.

5. Drizzle with warm green sauce.

6. Add salsa, sour cream, pico de gallo, and cilantro to taste. Serve immediately. The remaining green sauce can be saved for use when making nachos, quesadillas, chicken, etc.
