Description

The pastry is easy and quick to prepare. It originates from Argentina and is perfect as an afternoon snack or as an appetizer for both festive and everyday occasions. Try making it—it's not difficult.

    Put flour into a deep bowl. Make a small "well" in the center. Break the egg into it, add 1.5 tsp of salt, 50 grams of grated frozen tail fat, pour in 1 tsp of vinegar and cold water.

    Start kneading the dough with a spatula, then continue with your hands. Place the resulting dough under plastic wrap and refrigerate for half an hour.

    Prepare the filling. Boil 2 chicken eggs. In a bowl, place the minced meat, grated tail fat (110 grams), chopped chili pepper (deseeded and finely chopped), olives or black olives (sliced into rounds), raisins, and boiled eggs (chopped however you prefer). Add 1 teaspoon of paprika, marjoram, black pepper, and salt to taste. Thoroughly mix the resulting mixture.

    Sprinkle the surface where you will roll out the dough with flour in advance. Roll the dough thinly, then cut out circles (about 14 cm in diameter). Place filling on one half of each circle, fold the other half over the filling, and seal the edges of the buns tightly. Arrange them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

    Brush each bun with egg yolk. Place them in a preheated oven at 200 degrees. Bake for 35-40 minutes.
