Description
Homemade baked goods for tea. A beautiful, interesting and very elegant dessert for the New Year's festive table
Instructions

Step 1

In a small saucepan, pour water, add salt and butter (or margarine), bring to a boil. As soon as the mixture boils, add the sifted flour. Quickly stir and keep on the heat for another minute, stirring constantly. The mixture will thicken and begin to pull away from the sides of the pan. Knead well and set aside to cool. Then, add the eggs one at a time to the warm mixture, constantly stirring.

Step 2

Place the finished dough into a pastry bag fitted with a star tip. Pipe small balls, slightly smaller than a walnut, onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Leave space between the balls, as the dough will slightly increase in size. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 40 minutes.

Step 3

Melt the dark chocolate bar in a double boiler.

Step 4

Place the condensed milk (optionally mixed with about 100 grams of soft butter for a smoother texture) into a pastry bag fitted with a straight, long tip, and fill each profiterole with the condensed milk. Roll paper into a cone (or cones), place the profiteroles into it (them), dipping each one into melted chocolate. Refrigerate overnight.

Step 5

Then remove the paper (you can carefully cut the cone), flip the "Christmas tree" onto a plate. Dust with powdered sugar and decorate with candied fruits.
