
Eclairs with cottage cheese cream

Bring the water to a boil in a heavy-bottomed pot. Then add the butter in pieces.

Now make the cream. Mix 1 tablespoon of flour with milk, beaten egg, and brown sugar. Place the mixture over a water bath and cook until thickened. At the end, add butter.
