Description
The recipe won't take much time. Maybe the glaze's shine on the pastries gave this name to these pastries. Or maybe because these pastries are so tasty and delicate that they are eaten instantly and literally disappear from the table like lightning Baking is ready. Serve to the table.

Step 1

1. Pour water into a pot, add salt and butter. Bring to a boil until the butter melts. Add flour to the pot and stir over low heat for 2–3 minutes to avoid lumps. Remove the pot with the dough from the heat and let it cool slightly. Beat the eggs one at a time, mixing the dough with each egg separately, until a homogeneous mass is obtained.

2. Butter the sheet. The dough can be placed on the baking sheet using a pastry bag or a syringe. If you don’t have them, don’t worry. You can place the dough using a simple dessert spoon. In the oven, which should be preheated to 180 °C, the cupcakes bake for about 30 minutes.

3. For the filling, combine the cooked condensed milk with raisins and ground nuts.

4. Make a slit in each pastry and fill it with the filling.

5. To make the frosting, combine sour cream, cocoa, powdered sugar over low heat and finally add butter. Pipe the pastries through a bag with a tiny hole.
