Description

Perfect with a meal and drinks. If convenient, you can mix grated cheese and eggs in a separate container, then spread this mixture on lavash. But in the original recipe, the eggs are placed first so the lavash can soak them up a little. Instead of lavash, you can use flatbreads made from wheat flour. To taste, you can add fresh herbs to the filling. This can be dill, parsley, or cilantro. The herbs should be finely chopped and sprinkled over the cheese. It can be served warm or chilled.
