
Baked hedgehogs
Description
Beef rolls in the oven are easy to prepare. Make the meat mixture, prepare the sauce, then bake the beef rolls in the sauce in the oven. This dish will appeal to fussy little eaters who refuse to eat.

1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Rinse the rice with boiling water. In a large bowl, mix the ingredients for the meatballs: ground meat, rice, two finely chopped onions, egg, water, salt, and pepper.

3. Place the "hedgehogs" into a baking dish. Shape them with wet hands or using a moistened ice cream scoop.

4. Each hedgehog uses approximately two tablespoons of minced meat.

5. Prepare the creamy sauce. Melt the butter in a skillet. Sauté the diced onion (two onions) until soft, then season with salt and pepper. This will take approximately five minutes.

6. Peel, wash, and grate the carrots. Add to the onion and fry for another five minutes. You can also season the carrots with a little salt.

7. Add the pressed garlic, tomato paste, and flour. Sauté, stirring, for about two minutes. Then add some chicken broth.

8. Stir. Then cook over medium-low heat for 15 minutes, gradually adding all of the broth.
