Description

The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Serve the stuffed cabbage rolls with zucchini alongside a green salad and fresh vegetables; a sauce goes very well too. Soak the buckwheat for a couple of hours before adding it to the meat mixture. If you don't have a steamer, don't worry. I cook the meatballs and stuffed cabbage rolls in a heavy-bottomed pot, like a Dutch oven. Place the stuffed rolls into the pot and pour water, broth, or sauce over them until they are completely covered. Simmer the rolls over medium heat for about 40 minutes. Good luck, and your dish is ready to be served.
