Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. There are many variations of this dish. Some bake them, others simmer with tomato or sour cream sauce, but I want to offer the simplest and quickest version. The finished dish can be served at the table.

1. First, boil the rice in salted water until half-cooked, then let it cool slightly. Combine it in a deep bowl with the ground meat, egg, and finely chopped onion. Add salt and pepper to taste. Mix everything thoroughly.

2. Shape the resulting mixture into small "hedgehogs" (about 35-40 pieces) and place them in a pan with heated vegetable oil.
