Meatballs with rice

Take long-grain rice, rinse it under running water, and place it in a bowl. Cover the rice with clean cold water and let it soak for two hours.

Now you need to prepare the stuffing while the rice is soaking. To do this, pass the chicken fillet through a meat grinder together with the garlic, then season with salt and pepper to taste.

Form medium-sized balls from the prepared stuffing. Then drain the water from the rice, place the rice on a plate, and roll each ball in the rice.

Transfer all the rice balls to a steamer, adding bay leaves. Cover the steamer with a lid and cook the balls for thirty minutes.
