Description
The base of the recipe is ground meat, which can be either homemade or store-bought. It's best to prepare the meat mixture yourself; in our version, we use chicken fillet and a bit of veal. We'll add carrots, onion, and a few spices to taste into the "hedgehogs." The combination of tomato, mustard, and soy sauce will appeal to many. Prepare the necessary ingredients.

Peel the onion and carrot. Rinse the vegetables, then chop the onion into cubes or half-rings. Grate the carrot on a medium grater.

Heat a little oil in a skillet, add the onion and carrot. Fry the vegetables for 3-4 minutes, stirring.
